Humanities - The World in the Eyes of Economists

Ziqi's main fields of research are political economics and cultural economics. He is a mentee of 2016 Nobel Prize winner Oliver Hart. In hopes of extracting concise and clear logic from this complex world, he is dedicated to using mathematical methods to explore socio-cultural changes, as well as the structure of political systems. In this knowledge sharing session, he will relate the interesting cases he encountered during the research process. Under his guidance, the audience will view magic, religion, and moral culture from a sociological perspective.
