Mr. Ling is the former vice president of Sina's founding team. He has been deeply involved in Internet technology entrepreneurship and investment for over 20 years.  He founded China's first professional social platform, Tianji, which has become China's largest professional social platform. At a later date, the company merged with Viadeo, a European company to go public. In recent years, he is active in early-stage investment in China and the United States.
